Refunds & Returns

The quality of our products and your satisfaction with our products is of great importance to us. Please check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery.

If any products are damaged or incorrectly supplied, please notify The Olive Leaf Co within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

Our products are handmade and made in small batches, there might be slight variances in textures or smell. This does not impact the quality of the product and does not warrant return of product.

To proceed with a refund or exchange, please contact us at hello@theoliveleafco.com.au before returning any products.
If returning because you’ve changed your mind, we will only accept the products in their original condition and packaging (unopened).

Once returns are received, The Olive Leaf Co will process and send your refund or exchanged item within 30 days.
